The 14th Annual Doggy Dash!
Sacramento SPCA — Sacramento, CA 7:00am to 1:00pm What better reason to have Fido fetch your running shoes instead of your slippers than the 14th Annual Sacramento SPCA Doggy Dash on Saturday, June 9beginning at 8:00 a.m. at William Land Park (Village Green area near the corner of Sutterville Road and Freeport Boulevard), Sacramento. More than 2,500 animal lovers are expected to participate in the 5K or 2K run/fitness walk that morning to raise money for animals sheltered at the Sacramento SPCA. Stay after the Dash for Pet Fest where you can enter Fido in some of our fun contests, put your pug in our Pug Races, ask questions about Fido with the trainer from Four Paws University, or join Freddie's Frisbee Contest. Spend the morning with a stroll around the grounds where you can find pet information and get free product samples from your favorite pet specialty stores and area businesses. The animal realm has selflessly taught me so much and brought me up on this Earth with such wisdom and love.
